on the new facebook, people can add you to groups without your permission. Like I just got a notification from some girl (a random girl, I add, who I’m only friends with because we have a class together and I needed to talk to her) saying that she had added me to a new group. Um, I’m sorry, I did not ask to added to a new group, thanks. And at first I thought maybe it meant invited but nope, it’s added because a) I didn’t have to confirm yes or no like an invite nor did I have to request it, it just happened and b) I saw someone else had been invited but had yet to accept. Like, wth? I’m not really comfortable with being forced into some group. So I left. But yeah, it was weird.
